In Cali 2023, there is a huge environmental and social crisis due to the scarcity of water, a product of the drought that has been going on for several months and the contamination and disappearance of the main water basins of the city. Various inhabitants carry out their tasks, trades and daily activities in the midst of a harsh and wild context.
